We design and install gardens as one holistic integrated process, ensuring that what’s planned on paper is what we install to bring you a beautiful long-term garden solution.

Every project begins with a conversation. 

When you schedule a consultation, that gives us the opportunity to visit your space and learn more about your goals. Our initial consultation takes about 1 hour and is conducted on your property. This visit is free of cost. 

During this visit

• We walk through your space and discuss how you would like to use your garden
• Discuss what's working - and what isn't - in your current landscape
• Talk through factors like soil, sun, maintenance comfort level, and timing
• Explain our process for next steps to create a design and share a proposal with you
• We collect a design fee before we proceed to the next step. This design fee goes towards the cost of the installation.

We start a design for your garden based on our discussion. We iterate with you on the design based on your feedback so that our final design proposal reflects your vision and goals. 

At this stage, we:

• Develop a layout for the garden space of your dreams
• Select plants that will complement your yard, are easy to care for and will bring you joy.
• Consider seasonal interest and how the garden will mature over time
• Design with maintenance and care in mind from the start

The garden design proposal is typically delivered within 7 business days of the initial consultation. It includes visual representations of your future garden including the ideal plants. It also includes the installation cost and timeline.

Thoughtful installation brings the design to life. 

We schedule installation based on a mutually agreed upon date.

Installation typically includes:

• Preparing beds and improving soil as needed
• Sourcing and planting a variety of plants according to the designs agreed upon
• Installing gardens with attention to spacing, structure, and flow
• Finishing details that support plant health and visual balance
• 
  

Because the same team designs and installs the garden, the final result reflects the original vision. We share a Garden Care Guide created specifically for your garden which provides short term and long term care for your garden.

A garden doesn’t stop evolving after installation — and neither does our support. 

We offer garden maintenance with care plans and services which can be tailored to your specific requirements. 

Depending on your needs, this may include:

• Post-installation care guidance 
• Seasonal maintenance and check-ins
• Ongoing garden maintenance services
• Support as your garden grows and changes
   

Our goal is to help your garden thrive well beyond installation day. We provide a custom quote and plan based on your gardening needs. 

While many clients work with us through multiple stages, our services are designed to be flexible. Some projects begin with design only, while others include installation and ongoing care.
